Optional, but useful, addons:

MRP/IRP/FlagRSP - character description, titles, last name etc.
Gryphonheart Items - hooray for custom items.
Gryphonheart Reputation - hoping to do something with this, maybe our own faction or something.

It would be helpful if everyone at least installed MRP or an equivalent addon. The other two are fun, but not really essential.
