<A Tattered note appears to be nailed to the aged wood of the abandoned Inn of Raven Hill. The text is written in cryptic code understanded only by those within the Scourge>
This is a notification of great importance, read closely in memorise.
The hostilities we clearly have between ourselves and the Theramore Task Force arose a concern within me. Whilst i have no love of the Theramore Task Force, there is one of them, a Hydromancer, i wish not remain safe.
Her name is Cynndia Snowfall, memorise that name!
Should i hear of any harm befalling her at the hand of ANY of you, regardless of your position within the Scourge you will answer to me and you will suffer unthinkable torment and pain before i finaly tear you apart and feed you to the Ghouls in the crypt to the north!
